NEUFVOIN | POLAR SONG

New video for Neufvoin's track polar song. Directed by Henri Turunen and filmed in Northern Finland in the area where the colours and the twilight of Polar Song exist in the nature. Neufvoin is currently preparing material for their début album after their succesfull Fake Musket EP tour in Finland last year.

FRENCH FILMS

Neither French, nor particularly a collection of French films, these Finish chaps make sunny music from a cold cold place. Their two track ep entitled Golden Sea was released mid October  this year via GAEA Recods. According to their facebook status a few weeks ago, they've started recording their début already. And now there's a video out for their much hyped about track Golden Sea. What do they sound like? Think of  the Drums, the Young Friends and Joy Division repackaged in true subarctic Nordic style (It's Finland's answer to the Drums).

BRAND NEW: BIG WAVE RIDERS

Big Wave Riders is a four piece band from Helsinki, Finland. They started playing together about 5 months ago, but all the members have been making music for a long time now, in different projects. They describe their sound as new wave slash garage slash shoegaze. Their music is inspired by waves, echoes and experimental rhythms with a touch of electronics ("Republic of  the Average" is evident of this).

Currently they're unsigned, but there has been discussions with labels. They're planning on releasing an ep soon and by the sounds of the two tracks below, I'd gladly want more.
